analysis of our internal controls and procedures. It ensures that we have adhered to Sarbanes Oxley section 404 as it relates to

Kaye-Smith has also secured our ISO 27001 Information Security Management Certification whereby specific requirements for establishing, implementing, operating,
monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving our Information Security
Management System (ISMS) have been met. This certification satisfies the
federal requirements of Gramm-Leach Bliley, HIPAA and other state and federal
reporting requirements.
